My name is Innabat, and for the past 1 year (over 365 days of dedicated service), I have had the profound privilege of serving as a Special Educator at Neurodiverse throughout 2025 and into 2026. This role is more than a professional title to me—it is a daily mission to redefine what "ability" looks like in a modern classroom and to ensure that every special abled child regardless of their neurological blueprint, has the tools to build a life of purpose and independence. We recognize that neurodivergent individuals—those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other unique cognitive profiles—bring a perspective to the world that is not just different, but essential. We aren't just teaching students to navigate the world; we are teaching the world to be a place worth navigating.
